Valentine's Day at The Kensington Day Centre

On 10th February, the Kensington Day Centre had a very special Valentine ’s Day party for its service users. All the tables were decorated with hearts, petals, candles, drinks, chocolates and red balloons. Two service users were selected to have a valentine’s lunch together with live music and a special rendition of Lionel Richie’s song, Hello.

This included their own personal table service, a red rose, chocolates, and a specially prepared Valentine’s Day lunch to fit the theme of the day. By the afternoon, everyone was singing and dancing along to another live band called, Twin Tub followed by refreshments and an end of evening raffle. All in all, it turned out to be a very enjoyable day.
