I got in touch with Octavia’s support team as I wanted to meet other people and share my hobbies with them.

I started to attend the coffee morning on Friday over a year ago because I enjoy the company and get to socialise. The atmosphere here is great – we exchange ideas and there’s also a knitting team.

I would recommend other people to attend these sessions as this is the kind of energy people should be using to help them overcome any kind of loneliness or isolation.
